Alexis is above all a climbing enthusiast, a sport he has been practicing for several years following his university studies in sports therapy in 2017.
He is involved in several sectors surrounding climbing. He is regularly present as a sports therapist at local and international competitions, he is also involved as a trainer, physical trainer and setter. This multidisciplinarity allows him to better understand the mechanics of the body and the impact of climbing on it.
In order to offer a service of excellence, Alexis pursues his studies continuously. He has also trained as a posturologist (CIES) and in neuro-postural in order to take into account the whole body and offer complete rehabilitation.
